Ms. Liu has more than 15 years of working experience in China capital market. In 2002, She started as an entry level sales staff member in 2002. Over the years she advanced to sales team lead and regional director, and built a wide network of contacts in the process, especially in Shanghai and Jiangsu Province. She was a first-hand participant in the remarkable transformation of China from 2000 to 2016, engaged in diverse fields including media, family factories, and capital operations. She has extensive experience in overall planning, corporate image management, sales and brand positioning for new ventures.

Mr. Salvin graduated from the Wharton School of Finance (B.S. degree) and the University of Chicago (MBA, high honors) . He currently works for a major investment manager, overseeing fixed income funds. Mr. Salvin has over 30 years of experience in the financial services market in America and Europe. He is a bridge for MEGS, connecting US and European clients to the Chinese market.

Mr. Duan has more than eight years’ experience working in financial industry in China and built the collaboration partnership with Chinese listed companies, VC/PE firms, securities firms, investment banks, assets management companies, high net-value customers, and so on. He fully understand Chinese investors’ business culture and knowledge of Chinese financial market. Mr. Duan has demonstrated exceptional abilityto provide full service for American Company to connect with Chinese investors and capital market. Furthermore, with strong law background and knowledge of Chinese financial regulations and rules, Mr. Duan provides consultations for American company to obey Chinese law and regulation.

Ms.Wang has a Master degree in Accounting from Lingnan University, Hong Kong. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (International Honorary Business Organization), Lingnan University branch. She has been engaged in financial and auditing work for nearly 10 years and has extensive experience in the industry. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms.Yu has more than 15 years of working experience in private baking and investment banking. She has held management positions in well-known financial institutions such as American Express, RBS. In the past five years, Ms.Yu, as a professional investor, has gained rich experience and extensive network in high-tech project investment, mergers and localized operations.
